All correspondence will be forwarded to you using our secure member self-service portal so please sign up if you have not already done using your personal email address. If you have signed up already and registered your work email address, please ensure this is amended to your personal email address to avoid access issues, which may result in delays in receiving your benefit information.
The self-service facility allows you to view and upload documents, update some personal details and contact us directly in a secure online environment.
