We provide a high quality, comprehensive, end to end, pension administration and pension payroll service for over 200,000 scheme members. We are fully compliant with the relevant LGPS, Fire or Police scheme regulations and associated legislation.

Our members can access their pension account using our Member Self Service (MSS) online service.  They can also find out more about their pension by visiting the members’ area of this website or sending their query to us through the contact us pages or calling our office.

We have in excess of 650 employers who we work with, including training and support to ensure good customer service for our scheme members. The employers have access to a secure online portal where they can update and upload documents to their scheme members as well as calculate estimates
