Members’ Self Service (MSS) is your personal and secure pension account.

View your pension record including your yearly pension statements at any time.

The quickest way to update your personal details and send us enquiries.

For those who have retired you can also view your pay advices and P60s at a click of a button.

How do I sign up?

  1. Go to Member Self Service.
  2. Input your details to create your account – you will need an email address, we recommend using your personal one to avoid any issues when you are not at work /leave employment.
